- Magnetic System: Deep-field, high-intensity permanent magnets (non-deteriorating)
- Magnetic Flux Density & Design: High-powered, non-deteriorating compact permanent magnet design. Alternating poles contain the magnetic field into the working area and minimize stray magnetic flux. This is a deep-field, high-intensity magnetic system, with a performance similar to many rare earth magnet systems at the working gap.
- Magnetic Circuit: Full tri-polar iron circuit design to minimize stray magnetic flux in the frame and pulleys.
Physical Dimensions & Weights:
- Total Machine Weight: Approximately 1210 kg (2,668 lbs)
- Overall Length: 1820 mm (approx. 71.6" / 72"; overall frame/motor clearance approx. 76")
- Overall Width: 1299 mm (approx. 51.1")
- Nominal Height: 784 mm (approx. 30.9")
- Longitudinal Suspension Centers: 1580 mm (approx. 62.2")
- Transverse Suspension Centers: 970 mm & 1050 mm (approx. 38.2" & 41.3")
Construction & Installation Features:
- Framework: Stainless steel framework and lifting eyes.
- Suspension: Suspended via four integrated lifting eyes.
- Non-Magnetic Safety Zone: All structural steel, conveyor rollers, or equipment within 1000 mm from the underside of the magnet must be constructed from non-magnetic material (such as stainless steel) to prevent frame magnetization.
- Discharge Chute: To be supplied by the customer, must be made from non-magnetic material, and fit under the discharge edge of the overband belt.
- Mounting: Designed to run at 90 degrees (crossbelt) to the feeding conveyor.
